The “Cornwall” an early locomotive that took part in the 1925 Railway Centenary Procession
An Express Passenger engine built at the Crewe Works of the London & North Western Railway in 1847. It was shown at the Great Exhibition in 1851. In 1858 it was rebuilt with a different boiler,
which explains why the engine looks different to the illustration in Freds article on page 37.
